A crypt dedicated to the honour of Sister Clancy Bernadette, the Australian nun who crucified herself.

The large cross depicts how, inspired by the flapping of the crow’s wings,  Sister Clancy Bernadette devised how to plant the final nail.

The series on the wall depicts the story of Sister Clancy Bernadette’s devotion in reference to the seven deadly sins – and their corresponding virtues. For each deadly sin, she found a way of acting out her contemplation on the sin using her rural surrounds as inspiration.

The exhibition was opened with a concert by Jérome Noetinger.
